Our products
Every product is genuine Apple, new unless explicitly marked otherwise, and covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include all applicable taxes. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery in Nairobi. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.

Warranty claims
We handle warranty claims on your behalf with Apple's authorised service partner in Kenya. Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or wear-and-tear.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
