Is this really genuine Apple?
Yes. Every unit is sourced through authorised channels, serial-checked, and sealed. We're happy to verify the serial with you via Apple's checker before you pay — just ask on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi orders placed before 14:00 EAT dispatch same-day. Countrywide orders arrive within 48 hours via courier. You'll get a WhatsApp message with the tracking reference as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer M-Pesa payment?
Yes — M-Pesa STK push is our default checkout option. You enter your PIN on the prompt and the order is confirmed immediately. We also accept bank transfer and cash-on-delivery in Nairobi.
What warranty do I get?
Every product carries a full 1-year Apple warranty honoured in Kenya. We handle warranty claims on your behalf — bring the device in with your order reference and we take it from there.
Can I return an iPhone I don't want?
Yes — 7 days from delivery, unopened. See our returns policy for the full details.
Do you take trade-ins?
Not yet. We're building a trade-in programme — WhatsApp us if you have an older iPhone or Mac you'd like to sell and we'll let you know when it launches.
Is my data safe?
We use HTTPS everywhere, never store card details on our servers, and don't share your phone or email with anyone. Orders are saved for accounting only.
