7-day returns
You can return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
- Email [email protected] or WhatsApp 0700 000 000 with your order reference.
- Keep the box, all accessories, and receipt.
- We arrange pickup in Nairobi at no cost to you, or a nominated courier anywhere else in Kenya.
- Refunds land on your M-Pesa or bank within 2 working days of us receiving the return.
Opened but faulty?
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days. We'll repair, replace or refund — whichever you prefer — and cover return shipping.
What we can't take back
- Software or digital download purchases.
- Products damaged by misuse, drops, or water that wasn't already faulty on delivery.
- Items sold explicitly as ex-display or refurbished, noted at checkout.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or storage? We exchange within 7 days at the same price tier. You pay only the difference if you're moving up a tier.
Our commitment
Every device we sell is genuine Apple, inspected before dispatch, and fully warranted. If it doesn't meet that standard, we'd rather take it back than keep you unhappy.
