We deliver anywhere in Kenya.
- Nairobi: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 14:00 EAT. Free delivery within CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Lavington, Runda, Muthaiga, Parklands, Kileleshwa and Upper Hill.
- Greater Nairobi: Next-day delivery for KES 500 flat fee.
- Countrywide: 48-hour delivery via courier to any Kenyan town. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
We call you before dispatch to confirm the address and preferred time.
Payment on delivery
Orders on M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash-on-delivery are all dispatched the same way. For cash-on-delivery, please have exact payment ready — our riders don't carry change.
Warranty
Every Apple product includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty honoured in Kenya. If anything goes wrong with your device due to a manufacturing defect, we handle the entire claim on your behalf.
- Bring in the device with proof of purchase (your order reference is enough).
- We diagnose, repair or replace — at no cost to you.
- Out-of-warranty repairs are priced transparently before any work begins.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send you a WhatsApp message with the courier reference and ETA. You can also track the status on your order confirmation page using the reference we sent.
