What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email — to contact you about the order.
- Your shipping address — to deliver the product.
- Your payment reference (M-Pesa code, bank transaction number) — to reconcile the payment. We never store your M-Pesa PIN or bank password.
- Order history — what you bought, how much, when.
We don't collect location, browsing history outside our site, or anything we don't use.
Why we collect it
- Fulfill your order.
- Send you shipping updates via SMS and email.
- Handle warranty claims and returns.
- Meet legal accounting requirements (KRA).
Who we share it with
Only three places:
- Couriers — your name, phone, and address, so they can deliver.
- Safaricom / bank — minimal payment data to process the transaction.
- KRA — accounting records, as required by Kenyan tax law.
We never sell your data. We never share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Send you a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Update incorrect data.
- Delete your data — unless we're legally required to keep it (e.g. for KRA accounting records).

Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. No third-party tracking cookies.
Security
Our site runs on HTTPS everywhere. Payment data is handled by Safaricom and your bank directly — we never see your PIN or password.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data in any meaningful way, we'll announce it here and email customers who placed orders in the last 12 months.
